As a company that provides e-surveillance solutions, the power of five opens doors to new horizons by lighting the path ahead.For Securens, the year 2017 was about employee welfare, innovations and peer recognition. Before we make resolutions for 2018, here is a glimpse of our journey.

1. We won the ‘Control Room of the Year’ Award at the Secutech India, 2017. The Secona Shield Awards recognises efforts and hard work and rewards excellence in the security, fire and safety industry. It was an honour to be recognized for our dedication.
2. Our state-of-the-art monitoring centre at Navi Mumbai has prevented 3,926 incidents (until 30th November, 2017)
3. We became partners to the success story of big brands ranging from retail, warehouse, QSRs, ATMs, and logistic sectors
4. We now have 600+ employees working with us
5. Our commitment to community programme saw us participating in many activities like:
a. Swachh Bharat Activity by the Monitoring Team
b. Donation to ‘Saksham-Udaan Welfare Foundation’
6. Securens was awarded the ‘Most promising SaaS star-up in India’ by CIO Review, a technology magazine that talks about enterprise solutions
7. To build employee engagement , a number of HR Initiatives were undertaken like celebration of Ganapati Festival, Independence Day, Friendship’s Day, Iftar Party, Cricket Match (Securens Premier League), Holi Celebrations, Women’s Day Celebration, etc. To promote employee achievements, we had Family Day and One Day Boss activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT	Manager Sales (Retail)
LOCATION:	Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Mumbai ,Delhi
JOB DESCRIPTION	This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professional to bring his/her unique set of skills and relationships to a dynamic and super fastest growing E-Surveillance company of India. Reporting to AVP of Retail Sales, you will be mandated to develop and penetrate new small and medium retail segments to attain the companyâ€™s aggressive Targets.
ATTRIBUTES	Securens seeks confident, resourceful and self-initiating team players with the ability to thrive in a fast- paced, multi-pronged and young work environment where each individual contributor is expected to drive projects forward while also working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. He/she will be expected to manage clients independently, make important decisions about sales approach and network development while also leveraging the strengths of the Securens team to deliver the high-quality, high-impact work that makes up the core of Securens’ formidable reputation.
RESPONSIBILITIES	You will be responsible for delivering the corporate strategy for revenue growth through your effective management of the sales planning process. Specific accountabilities will be as follows: Delivering the company’s MRR Targets. Develop plans for penetration to Retail Segments Develop plans to meet or exceed the company’s revenue target Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations Develop and maintain relationships with senior customers and identifying new opportunities Effectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a full understanding of all client needs, and deliver accurate and timely customer requirements to solutions development team
BUSINESS SKILLS:	Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types, backgrounds and levels. Demonstrated Exceptional Closing Skills Excellent Presentation Skills – Looking for a master presenter Exeptional verbal and written communication skills Effective decision making ability and superior communication skills Sound knowledge of problem solving techniques. Excellent organization and time management skills meeting deadlines as required Travel approximately 10 – 12 days travel a month across India.
SALES REVENUE EXPERIENCE:	Should have demonstrated selling products and services with an annual sale in excess of 10 Crores. *Selling of SaaS products and services with MRR will be a big plus.*
EXPERIENCE:	3-4+ years of successful technology solution selling, Hardware or Software, to Small & Medium Retailers. Knowledge of Retail Industry Extensive knowledge of Purchase process Experience selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services would be big asset Experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems will be an asset.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:	Outgoing extrovert personality. Friendly & Easy to work with Smart in appearance with excellent grooming & Dressing Languages: English and Hindi
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:	Bachelors degree with MBA preferred
