The customer is extremely quality conscious and are fanatic about the Brand Experience in each and every outlet – a key requirement for us. We wanted a system where we can be assured of delivering the stated Brand Experience at every outlet.

With 35+ outlets, The Beer Café has become a hot favourite with the city’s youth who are seeking to have a gala time!

Approach

Securens visited The Beer Café to understand the experience they wanted to ensure at their outlets. Discussions were conducted with them on the various key checkpoints. Armed with this information, Securens Team visited its various outlets to design a surveillance system that would capture all the areas of the outlets that are required for checking the SOPs.

A standard surveillance design was formulated for the outlets along with brand-check parameters.  On each site going LIVE, the Securens Brand Monitoring Executives checked each outlet against the list of Brand SOPs twice a day, every day.
