JOB REQUIREMENT Manager Sales (Retail)
LOCATION: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Mumbai ,Delhi
JOB DESCRIPTION: This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professional to bring his/her unique set of skills and relationships to a dynamic and super fastest growing E-Surveillance company of India.
Reporting to AVP of Retail Sales, you will be mandated to develop and penetrate new small and medium retail segments to attain the company’s aggressive Targets.

He/she will be expected to manage clients independently, make important decisions about sales approach and network development while also leveraging the strengths of the Securens team to deliver the high-quality, high-impact work that makes up the core of Securens’ formidable reputation.
RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for delivering the corporate strategy for revenue growth through your effective management of the sales planning process. Specific accountabilities will be as follows:
BUSINESS SKILLS:
Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types, backgrounds and levels.
Demonstrated Exceptional Closing Skills
Excellent Presentation Skills – Looking for a master presenter
Exeptional verbal and written communication skills
Effective decision making ability and superior communication skills
Sound knowledge of problem solving techniques.
Excellent organization and time management skills meeting deadlines as required
Travel approximately 10 – 12 days travel a month across India.
SALES REVENUE EXPERIENCE:
Should have demonstrated selling products and services with an annual sale in excess of 10 Crores.
Selling of SaaS products and services with MRR will be a big plus.
EXPERIENCE:
3-4+ years of successful technology solution selling, Hardware or Software, to Small & Medium Retailers.
Knowledge of Retail Industry
Extensive knowledge of Purchase process
Experience selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services would be big asset
Experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems will be an asset.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Languages: English and Hindi
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree with MBA preferred
