The branch is secured with various sensors like shutter sensors that will detect forcibly opening of shutters, contact sensors that will detect forcibly opening of entry and exit doors, Panic switches that will alert on panic situation, Smoke sensors that will detect and alert on smoke and fire, glass break sensor that will detect breaking of French glass windows and motion sensor to detect movement at night.
In the lobby, Cameras, 2-way audio box are also installed.
When a burglar attempts burglary by opening shutter at night, the shutter sensors get activated. Once the sensor gets activated, it sends a signal to the Alarm panel.
As soon as the signal is received by the alarm panel, it activates a loud siren. Simultaneously a message is sent to Securens Award winning command center. The executives of the site immediately access the video of the site to perform video verification.
If they see a burglar at the site, they deploy the 2-way audio and command the burglar to leave the premises. Once the burglar understands that he is identified, he makes a quick exit.
Similarly, during a holdup, the branch officers will press the Panic Switch. Siren may or may not be activated. On receiving Panic Alert, Securens executives will perform video verification. If they see a hold-up, Securens will call the police with details and will also send images of the burglars to the police’s mobile
Also, when smoke is detected in the back room, siren will be started, and fire authorities will be called.
