Owners of a of retail outlets have employees open the shutter of the shop. This means the key must be given to an employee. This puts a risk by employees having the keys. The owner is a worried person. Also, some owners personally open and closes the shutter to avoid such risks. Many a times especially during personal or medical emergencies, the owner may not be able to do this activity.

With ACTISHUTTER App, the shutter can be opened and closed from the Mobile APP.

The existing shutter is fitted with motor & gear-based opening & closing mechanism. Since this mechanism is on gears, the shutter cannot be pulled up once the gears are locked. Just like a car. This also removes the necessity of locking the shutter and hence provides a very high level of security since there is no lock to be broken into.

To open the shutter, the user presses the ‘open’ button in the APP. The shutter starts rolling up. (Show this).

To stop, the user presses ‘stop’ (Show this). To put down the shutter, the user presses ‘Close’ button on the APP. The shutter comes down and stops automatically after reaching the floor.

A sensor is also installed at the bottom of shutter. If there is any one in between, the shutter operation immediately stops.

If monitoring service is taken from Securens, then after the shutter is closed, a message will be sent to Securens command Centre, and the executives will verify that there are no persons inside the premises. If any person is found, Securens executives will open the shutter and use 2-Way audio to request the person to leave the premises.

Cameras with human detection video analytics, floodlights and siren are installed all along your boundary. These are connected to Securens Award winning command Centre.
A digital Region of Interest (RoI) also called the ‘Alert Zone’ is drawn along the boundary using the video analytics camera.
If an intruder enters this Alert Zone, the floodlights come on instantly alerting the intruder that they have been detected.
Simultaneously an alert is sent to Securens command Centre. The operatives at the command Centre immediately access the video of that camera to perform Video Verification.
On accessing the video, if the intruder has not fled after the lights came on, the operators would start the siren.
At the same time, a call would go to your Guard House to inform the guard of the attempted intrusion.

JOB DESCRIPTION	This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professional to bring his/her unique set of skills and relationships to a dynamic and super fastest growing E-Surveillance company of India. Reporting to AVP of Retail Sales, you will be mandated to develop and penetrate new small and medium retail segments to attain the companyâ€™s aggressive Targets.

Develop plans for penetration to Retail Segments Develop plans to meet or exceed the company’s revenue target Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations Develop and maintain relationships with senior customers and identifying new opportunities Effectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a full understanding of all client needs, and deliver accurate and timely customer requirements to solutions development team
BUSINESS SKILLS:	Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types, backgrounds and levels. Demonstrated Exceptional Closing Skills Excellent Presentation Skills – Looking for a master presenter Exeptional verbal and written communication skills Effective decision making ability and superior communication skills Sound knowledge of problem solving techniques. Excellent organization and time management skills meeting deadlines as required Travel approximately 10 – 12 days travel a month across India.
SALES REVENUE EXPERIENCE:	Should have demonstrated selling products and services with an annual sale in excess of 10 Crores. *Selling of SaaS products and services with MRR will be a big plus.*
EXPERIENCE:	3-4+ years of successful technology solution selling, Hardware or Software, to Small & Medium Retailers. Knowledge of Retail Industry Extensive knowledge of Purchase process Experience selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services would be big asset Experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems will be an asset.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:	Outgoing extrovert personality. Friendly & Easy to work with Smart in appearance with excellent grooming & Dressing Languages: English and Hindi
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:	Bachelors degree with MBA preferred
